Apple Creek Golf & Arcade Camp for ages 12-17 includes 2.5 hour session of Driving range / Putting Green lessons, for beginners and experienced alike, a full lunch and 2 hours of unlimited play at the Apple Creek Arcade. Come join us for 3 days of fun!

COST: $275 / person
WHAT TO BRING: Outdoor Athletic or Golf Shoes/Clothing as well as indoor shoes for the Arcade, Water Bottle & Snacks (as required). Lunch will be provided each day (Chicken strips/Cheeseburgers/Hotdogs w/ fries, drinks and cookies) but please bring an alternative if you have dietary restrictions. Also, golf clubs will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.

I was born in Peace River, AB - 1977, but started Grade 1 in Hay River, N.W.T.  I basically grew up on the Hay River Golf Course as my family was very active in getting the golf course started in the early 80’s.  After graduating Grade 12 in Hay River ( 95 ), I pursued my passion for golf at the Lethbridge Community College in the Professional Golf Management Program.  While attending Lethbridge I was fortunate to apprentice at the Kananaskis Country Golf Course, Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club and Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club.  I eventually moved to BC to lengthen my golf employment, where I worked at the Harvest Golf Club and then the Summerland Golf & Country Club where I became the Head Professional.  After 15 years of growth and development, I moved back to Airdrie, Alberta, taking on another new adventure in becoming the Director of Golf / Head Professional here at the Apple Creek Golf Course.

I enjoy every aspect of the golf industry and welcome the challenges along with it.  I have been fortunate to meet so many talented Leaders, Coaches, Players and People throughout my time in the PGA of Canada.
Apple Creek Golf Course continues to improve each year, gaining the reputation of Airdrie’s premier golf facility. This course was designed to excite you with various challenges that constantly make you think about your next shot.  You will be forced to make many risk/reward decisions in your 18 holes, but with 5 tee decks, you should find yardage suitable to your game. Here are a few holes to keep in mind – our signature hole #15 with its island tee box, hole #13, a par 3 with the green wrapped by our meandering creek… and hole #7, a par 5, with out of bounds on the left, and the Environmental Area up the right side, while a creek crosses the fairway as you approach the green.
In designing the course, we did not forget about creature comfort. Including a pass by the clubhouse after 9 holes, each golfer is given 5 chances to visit our 2300 sq. ft. snack shack – “The Core “and/or use that opportunity to refresh, rehydrate, and/or use the spacious washrooms.  We hope you will enjoy Apple Creek!
